School Administrator Tour

The school administrator guide

Organise classes, teacher accounts, student records and common assessments.

Set up a workspace with your school’s identity. Manage the people and classes, then coordinate common assessments while each teacher runs their own class session.

School Workspace Dashboard Overview

See student and class counts, active teacher accounts and teacher-account allowance in one place.

Example school records

School dashboard example

Shows 148 enrolled students on master roster, 14 active classes, 7 active teachers out of the 20-seat allowance, and class enrollment distributions (Grade 3 A with 30 students, Grade 7 A with 15 students).

School administrator steps

01

Set up your school identity

Add the school name, crest and founding details so your workspace and exported reports reflect your school.

02

Add teachers and classes

Create classes and assign their teachers. The starting school package includes 20 teacher accounts, with more available by agreement.

03

Enrol students

Maintain one student record across assessments. Reset a private student code when needed without creating a new identity or losing history.

04

Prepare a common assessment

Write questions, choose the language and timing, and save a draft to continue later.

05

Choose classes and teachers

Select the classes taking the assessment and the assigned teacher who will run each session.

06

Send the assessment to teachers

Each selected class receives the same assessment content in a separate session with its own activity code and results.

07

Teachers lead their sessions

Each teacher checks their students’ readiness and decides when to start their class assessment.

08

Keep school records organised

Keep class assignments and teacher accounts up to date. Access to detailed assessment reports follows the account’s teaching permissions.

One assessment, separate class sessions

The school can prepare one assessment for selected classes. Each class keeps its own code, students and results, and each assigned teacher decides when that class starts.
